While Freestyle Martial Arts and its Instructors will take all reasonable steps to minimise the likelihood of an accident, the risk of physical injury cannot be eliminated. Freestyle Martial Arts and its instructors accept no liability for injuries sustained in the practice of martial arts. I have declared all health conditions clearly and understand that it is a legal requirement that I have (or my child has), the necessary physical, mental, and emotional ability to safely participate in a martial arts programme. False or out-of-date personal information may result in a claim being rejected by Freestyle Martial Arts insurers.
