About Us
Freestyle Martial Arts Bicester is a contemporary blend of four leading traditional martial art styles Karate, Taekwondo, Kung-Fu, and Kickboxing.
We specialise in dedicated classes for children and adults looking to improve confidence, self-esteem, discipline, and concentration while at the same time improving fitness, strength, flexibility, coordination, and self-control.
Freestyle Martial Arts also offer all ages and abilities the opportunity to explore and develop personal safety training, and self-defence, which can greatly help resist bullying and peer pressure.

Chief Instructor
David Colledge (3rd Dan)
Mr. Colledge is the Chief Instructor for Bicester and has been training in Freestyle Martial Arts since 2018. He has been a qualified instructor since 2023 and is currently training for his 4th Dan black belt. David is a qualified grading examiner.
All Freestyle Martial Arts Instructors are fully qualified, DBS certified, Safeguarding Code certified, fully insured, and professionally first aid trained for quality assurance and peace of mind.
