About Us
Freestyle Martial Arts Biggleswade is a contemporary blend of four leading traditional martial art styles Karate, Taekwondo, Kung-Fu, and Kickboxing.
We specialise in dedicated classes for children and adults looking to improve confidence, self-esteem, discipline, and concentration while at the same time improving fitness, strength, flexibility, coordination, and self-control.
Freestyle Martial Arts also offer all ages and abilities the opportunity to explore and develop personal safety training, and self-defence, which can greatly help resist bullying and peer pressure.

Chris Bartlett (6th Dan)
Mr. Bartlett is a Master Level Instructor and has been training in martial arts for over 20 years. He has been a Qualified Instructor since 2008 and is the Chief Instructor for Biggleswade. Mr. Bartlett is a qualified grading examiner and is training towards 7th Dan Black Belt.
All Freestyle Martial Arts Instructors are fully qualified, DBS and Safeguarding Code certified, fully insured, and professionally first aid trained for quality assurance and peace of mind.
