About Us
Freestyle Martial Arts Kenilworth is a contemporary blend of four leading traditional martial art styles Karate, Taekwondo, Kung-Fu, and Kickboxing.
We specialise in dedicated classes for children and adults looking to improve confidence, self-esteem, discipline, and concentration while at the same time improving fitness, strength, flexibility, coordination, and self-control.
Freestyle Martial Arts also offer all ages and abilities the opportunity to explore and develop personal safety training, and self-defence, which can greatly help resist bullying and peer pressure.

Chief Instructor
Ollie Cox (4th Dan)
Mr. Cox is the Chief Instructor for Kenilworth and has been training in Freestyle Martial Arts since 2008. He has been a qualified instructor since 2019 and is training for his 5th Dan Black Belt and senior grading examiner certifications.
All Freestyle Martial Arts Instructors are fully qualified, DBS certified, Safeguarding Code certified, fully insured, and professionally first aid trained for quality assurance and peace of mind.
