About Us
Freestyle Martial Arts Havant is a contemporary blend of four leading traditional martial art styles Karate, Taekwondo, Kung-Fu, and Kickboxing.
We specialise in dedicated classes for children and adults looking to improve confidence, self-esteem, discipline, and concentration while at the same time improving fitness, strength, flexibility, coordination, and self-control.
Freestyle Martial Arts also offer all ages and abilities the opportunity to explore and develop personal safety training, and self-defence, which can greatly help resist bullying and peer pressure.

Ben Leeming (4th Dan) QTS PGCE
Mr. Ben Leeming is the Chief Instructor for Havant and has been training in Freestyle Martial Arts since 2009. He is a fully qualified instructor, grading examiner, and personal trainer.
All Freestyle Martial Arts Instructors are fully qualified, DBS certified, Safeguarding Code certified, fully insured, and professionally first aid trained for quality assurance and peace of mind.
